Description

PRGdb is an open and updated space about Pathogen Receptor Genes (PRGs), in which all information available about these genes is stored, curated and discussed. The purpose of our work is creating a worldwide community working on plant resistance genes with a constant update on all aspects of this research field and to encourage scientists to be actors of the discussion and of the data exchange.

Note that you can search by a TaxID from any taxonomic level (species, genus, etc.).

General Stats

The number of species (mainly plants and algae) with a dedicated page in PRGdb is 268 (all of them available from the tab 'species' in the top bar). Species with putative PRGs, whose proteomes have been analyzed with DRAGO 2, is 76. Besides, the number of species with reference PRGs is 35. Thus, PRGdb contains a total of 99 species with annotated PRGs (accessible from this page in the pictures panel).
